A Sheffield Council tenant has been evicted following ongoing anti-social behaviour towards her neighbours.
Amy Perrin (30) had been the secure tenant of a property on Stradbroke Road, Richmond, since 30 January 2012.
Frequent and ongoing anti-social behaviour displayed by Ms Perrin, members of her family and visitors included throwing eggs at neighbours’ cars and houses, playing loud music, shouting and swearing and verbally abusing neighbours and Council Housing Officers both in the property and on the estate.
Sheffield City Council took action to end Ms Perrin’s tenancy and requested an eviction warrant from Sheffield County Court.
Ms Perrin and her family were evicted from their property on 4 February 2014.
Councillor Harry Harpham, Cabinet Member for Homes and Neighbourhoods, said:
“This tenant has proven that she cannot or will not adhere to the terms of her tenancy agreement. Ms Perrin did not heed the many warnings she was given and now must suffer the consequences, which in this case is losing her home.”
